Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges, payable by the recipient. You may be requested to pay duty charges prior to the exportation of your order from India by our delivery agent.

Customised products cannot be returned.

Saris once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned.

Fabrics once cut from the thaan cannot be returned.

The item/s must be in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.

Item/s must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please take care while trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments with make-up stains, perfume odours, or other signs of wear.
Refunds / Credit Notes:

We do not provide refunds or exchanges.

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or faulty products. Upon inspection and approval, you will receive a credit note which can be used to purchase another product.
Return Procedure:

Kothari Sons will take responsibility for the costs of returning the goods.

Once you communicate your return request, we will email you the necessary return notes and shipping labels.

Our delivery representatives will arrange pickup of the goods along with the provided papers. Please ensure items are securely packed for pickup.

In rare cases where a pickup cannot be arranged, you may be required to drop the package at a local post office.

We strongly recommend using our registered shipping method for tracking, as Kothari Sons cannot be held liable for independently returned parcels.
