Refund policy

 

 

If you believe there is a fault or damage with the goods you have received, please contact us immediately at info@kotharisons.com.

Please note:

  • Customised products cannot be returned.

  • Saris once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned.

  • Fabrics once cut from the thaan cannot be returned.

  • The item/s must be in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.

  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  • Please take care while trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments with make-up stains, perfume odours, or other signs of wear.

 

Refunds / Credit Notes:

  • We do not provide refunds or exchanges.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or faulty products. Upon inspection and approval, you will receive a credit note which can be used to purchase another product.

 

Return Procedure:

  • Kothari Sons will take responsibility for the costs of returning the goods.

  • Once you communicate your return request, we will email you the necessary return notes and shipping labels.

  • Our delivery representatives will arrange pickup of the goods along with the provided papers. Please ensure items are securely packed for pickup.

  • In rare cases where a pickup cannot be arranged, you may be required to drop the package at a local post office.

  • We strongly recommend using our registered shipping method for tracking, as Kothari Sons cannot be held liable for independently returned parcels.
